SABC continued harassment for many years

I have been receiving these threatening letter from you probably since 2021?

I get these letters at least twice a year since 2022 and still has not been summoned for court as I wish to be. This company is blatantly disregarding th NCA.

They just keep sending them even dispite my replies and efforts for you to stop sending these threatening letters to me and never actually take the action you threaten to.

For years now I have rep**** asking for you to please proceed with legal action and not to only threaten.

I asked you to deliver my summons so I could take the matter to court and bring copies of ALL your emails, and ALL my replies over the past that you ignored and still haven't started alledged legal action, and constantly keep harassing me with these generic and non stopping annoying mails, saying I must pay in three days or else....

Those I'm getting now for maybe 3 year every few days in my inbox.

I've rep**** to ALL of them like I'm replying to this one. With no effect.

I quote here something feom the National Credit Act:

"They continually threaten legal action – e.g. telling you that they’re going to get a judgment against you if you don’t pay – BUT – they never actually institute legal action. They’re content to continue harassing people and adding legal ‘fees’ to the account as long as they can charge for sms notifications and phone calls."

And this describes you. It is ******* to do this people! Furthermore I do NOT have a TV anymore and sold it in around 2021 I don't need a license anymore and I don't want one

In some of my previous letters I agreed that I could have been behind 1 licence fee in 2021, and offered to pay that years licence as I sold the TV in that year. But I am not prepared to pay over R900 for 3 years in which I don't have a TV. And while informing you this, still every time you send me an e-mail the amount goes up.

There is NO way I will pay R900, or even R500. I will pay one years fee for 2021 that's.

I am also in terrible financial burdon, as because of extremely high interest rates and fuel and food prices, I cannot even afford that, but I am prepared to pay off the one year subscription of 2021 with very small monthly payments. But nothing more than this. For that you have to summon me for court so I can bring all the mails conversations and I made to you since 2021.

Do this and stop sending me these unnecessary and harassing emails every few days.

I am forwarding this complains now every time to the NcR and the debt collectors association and others.

So if you refuse to accept the offer I made in 2021, and later over and over again, and continue your harassing and threatening email, and add extra money every time that I can't and won't pay, I will continue exposing you on every sociall platform I can Kind regards JJ
