SABC collecting via collections agency -

After lockdown - in July 2020 I paid my TV license in full - now I am being hounded by Anthony Richards and Associates - a collection agency who are looking for interest of R79.50 - I asked for the interest rate and he told me 10% per month on the full amount - I always paid my accounts - I pay my etolls, I pay my TV License - the NCA needs to be app**** -
