SABC CLAIM AFTER 20 Years

SABC is now sending me notice, of NO payment via Nudebt. I bought 1 TV in 1993, i have never bought a TV on my name ever since, I called in Nudebt ***, the guy response was i bought a TV on 2005, Nudebt cannot give details from were the tv was bought on my name. this is very stressful 20 years later im getting SMS to my number, with threats. How can i get assistance
