sabc bullying

I no longer use TV since on air ****, i wrote sabc tv licence, they say I did not use the right channel I was lectured about the right one and did as i was told. I paid balance that was due plus i wrote affidavit and sent it. Im still contacted told that Im obliged to pay for the licence beginning of 2025, I dont know why because i have explained that Im no longer using any tv.

SABC is bullying me
