SABC Bully

SABC started threatening me with also and unpaid tv licence. Then I got a letter from them stating No registered tv licence for this premises. Firstly how did they get my contact number without me ever giving it to them. The text are constant and to me this amounts to debt bullying. I refuse to pay for a tv channels that is mediocre and don't even use why are they forcing us to pay. Are we back at apartheid rule where they say we you must just comply. According to the POPIA Act my details are confidential and I did not share any information of my personal details with them Down with this rule that dictates to me as a citizen.
