SABC BULLIES THEIR CLIENTS

Idiots handed me over for not paying TV licence. However I was retrenched last year and UIF have only just paid me. I do not want a TV licence as I have an Android TV and pay for data to stream whatever I want. Why must I pay for a so called "service" which neither want nor use ? And how can they just hand a person over? These debt collectors are such bullies and get away with treating people as if they are low life ******* !
