SABC - Bad Call Center Agents and very bad Service

I don't understand this.<br> <br> 1. My private licence is paid up.<br> 2. My wife's business licence is also paid up in 2003, since then we haven't traded and she completed an affidavit to state this.<br> 3. SABC is now wanting our marriage certificate so that they can merge the accounts in order for us to pay the R5000,00 licence fee since 2003.<br> <br> Do you think they can understand this? My expectation is that we get a statement that we owe nothing ... Looks like they need more qualified people to answer ones queries ... I refuse to give them our marriage certificate ...
