This is a *****ulent ******, governmental bully organisation,i did the right thing by doing it, they've double debited me years ago and still refuses to pay me back the money,they are allowing *******ly,tv sets to be sold without tv licenses,to black people, all over South Africa,thru Game, Makro, vodacom,mtn,Checkers hyper etc, this us just some of the retailers used this is unfair and democratically ****** trading.
