SABC and NuDebt harrassing me and *****ing my credit score. All my comms being ignored for months

I am sick and tired of SABC & NuDebt Management threatening me with emails every day for payment demands for an SABC TV license. As I commucated *constantly* with both SABC and NuDebt ever since the demand letters started coming, - we do not have or even own a TV set, - we do not make use of SABC or any broadcasting services, - we did not even know that we had a TV license on our name as we never received any comms from SABC, not a renewal notice, a bill, invoice, statement, any comms of any sort. We only learned about this a few months ago, when the demand letters started coming! If there were any comms, we would have been able to set the record straight a long ago, before it went this far... - my credit score has dropped, as NuDebt loaded a trace against my name at the Credit Bureau - I have been in constant comms with both SABC and NuDebt ever since the demand letters started coming, but my commination, explanations, pleads, and requests just fall on deaf ears. I plead with NuDebt to take it up with SABC, but it feels like the keyboard warriors keep hitting 'send' to demand money, but they don't know where or how to open an email addressed to them and sort out the queries! Someone is not doing their job...

As of today, 17 May 2025, still no response from either SABC or NuDebt, just receiving more demand letters... I have done everything in my power to get my point across, but I am being ignored, and I am truly very despondent by now.

SABC needs to write off the debt they claim I owe, confirm it in writing, give NuDebt instructions to stop spamming my inbox and stop harrassing me with the demand letters, and confirmation in writing from both parties to me that all debts have been cleared, that the tv license have been cancelled, and importantly that they set the record straight with the Credit Bureau.
