SABC and NU Debt harassment

I live in PTA. My parents live in DBN. In dec I contactd SABC & advised them that I hav been paying the TV lic on behalf of my parents for a tv in dbn which my parents own & the tv is in dbn. As my parents r pensioners I believe that they qualify 4 the pensioners rate (yet for years I have been paying the full rate even though I do NOT live with my parents). I askd SABC to amend the acc 2 the pensioner's rate but I am happy to pay on behalf of my parents as they r pensioners. i was told to submit an affidavit & i did this in jan. Since Mar I have been receiving RANDOM emails from the SABC & NU DEBT re the outstanding acc. I have responded to the SABC & NU DEBT. WHO EXACTLY IS DEALING WITH THIS ACC? From Fri, I have received at least 10 MISCALLS from 4 different numbers re this acc, That excludes calls to my parents in Dbn & to my workplace. My cell rings for 3 secs. There's no time 2 answer. Which number must I dial 2 return the call & who must I speak to? THIS IS HARASSMENT!!! WHAT IS THE DIFFICULTY? My parents live ALONE in DBN & the lic is in respect of their residence as is evident from the address on the statements. Simply amend the charges!!!
