<p>Good day</p> <p>I hope that this mail finds you well.</p> <p>I need help. SABC tv licence was paid in 2004 and closed , but every year there are calls of threats and blacklisting activities . This has been a pain and we need guidance on how to rectify the matter :-(</p> <p>Your guidance will be highly appreciated</p>
