SABC abdicating their responsibility and ignoring pensioner

I am posting this advert on behalf of my mother. She is a law abiding citizen who has throughout the years paid her tv licence religiously. She is now of a pensionable age who wish to continue paying her tv licence. We called the SABC and sent numerous emails for assistance to assist with the adjusting the rate fee for a pensioner. To date, we have received no further communication. The SABC is already in tatters. Do not abdicate your responsibility as the SABC! There are actually South Africans out there who do not want to break the law in any form
