Good morning I can't believe that there are people working in places where they don't belong. How difficult can it be to change a TV license from a deceased persons to another persons name if you have the death certificate.Id document and the affidavit they requested. Now after all of this they send you a email saying that you have to pay R265 for tv licence but my mother is 77 and is a pensioner that makes her to qualify for the R74 TV licence..
