After paying my tv license according to an invoice sent to me and unbeknownst to me they had added a late payment fee of R26 to my account. SABC then charged R26 every month for the balance of the year due to the late payment fee that I was unaware of. I was only made aware of this on my renewal notification for 2*** period totalling R424 Is this legal ? Does the national credit act not apply to SABC
