Sabc tv Licence practice above the law. Handing accounts off to debt collectors. I have been paying 3 accounts all of them ran into arrears with continuous penalty fees when I requested them to be closed.i complained to say that my debt has prescribed the 3years and I am not acknowledging debt. Nu Debt insisted that the law do not apply to sabc and I have to resend the document sod 10yrs ago
