SABC

For 2 years I am struggling to notify the SABC that my dear friend passed away on the 1st of April 2023. I send all the relevant document over & over again to them. I was my friends beneficiary in his will. So I also inherent his TV & I myself do have a payed up legal TV licence. Over & over the SABC send several sms notifications. "Please pay, your account is in arrears"...This morning I read that my friend will be handed over to the people will come & collect the money. On one occasion they called me the deceased person together with my friends address. I mean realy 🤔... Is there somebody there at that offices of the SABC that know how to deal with this 🤔 I DON'T listen to any SABC radio stations & I DON'T watch any SABC television channels. But still I DO pay my SABC TV licence... In case I have to buy a new TV... I phoned them today for maybe the 10th time. I send all the relevant documents several times. At last, the person confirm today that they recieved everything & will notify me after two years, via email that they will close my friends TV account... But still the SABC is SO WORRIED about one person who died two years ago & his TV 🤔😡...Isn't their more to worry about than a person who died 2years ago with a valid TV licence🤔 What can I say... I rest my case.
