Good Day

I have not paid my Tv licence which was due December last year, I forgot to pay. But then VVM phone me to inform me i must make payments, i questioned why did SABC not try to get hold of me, instead handing me over to debt collectors. However i made 2 payments so far, but used the wrong reference number. Ever since they are sending me sms's to pay and the balance keep growing, and i refuse to make more payments.
