Rude Customer service agent

One customer service personnel was very rude, I ask for my statement, because I made a payment in June, he told me the emails are not working, yet I received the email requesting me to pay for the lic, he was not willing to help and ended up dropping the call. For crying out loud, I dont even have a TV, yet I am still loyal in paying for the licence but asking for a statement was a mission.
