Rude call centre agent

I made a call today to tvLic number which is *** around 12h23, and an African lady by the name of Mpholokeng answered, the lady was not friendly at all, she was like she was taking her problems on us and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me that the supervisor line is busy, she was not helpful rather she was more rude. Can you please deal with such behaviors before they ruin your company name. (wish you can listed to the telephonic voice recording on your side).
