Ridiculous service

As l write this complaint, I am stuck in Game stores trying to buy a TV. I got in the shop at 6.45am and now it is 12.05pm and sabc has been offline everysince. They don't even answer their contact centre numbers. This similar experience also happened last year on black friday. How ridiculous is it that one organisation that we pay cannot provide a service when we need one simple one. I just wasted the whole productive day for a transaction that is meant to take 2mins to complete. License is up to date and l can confirm on their site but l cannot buy a tv because of their useless nature for lack of a better word. A look into this organisation's service will be a great favor to the nation.
