REVCO Harassments and additional payments

I have been receiving countless phone calls a day, and sms messages from a company called REVCO demanding that I pay an outstanding TV License. The demands started around Oct 2021. It stated that I owned over R1800 but if I paid R795 the account would be settled. Eventually I received a sms stating that a trace will be placed on my ID should I not pay R795 by the 30 March 2022. Yesterday I paid the amount of R795 in full as per the sms' received and now today I get told I have to pay an additional amount of R265. I have made it abundantly clear that I will not pay an additional amount that has now come to light after I paid the amount that I have been harassed for. The message reads "The problem is that you need to pay for the renewal of 2022 as your renewal month was last month. After the R265 you can cancel your TV License and then we can close your account without you filling the cancellation form and send me your ID copy, but that the cancellation will be deducted after the payment of R265. What absolute nonsense! I get threatened to pay an amount of R795, I pay and now I have to pay an additional R265!!!! NO!!! Waiver this. This could have been discussed with me when I called. But this fact gets made now after I paid what was expected from me!!! Any further communications will be seen as harassments and goes against the POPIA Act!!! Stop this immediately!
