Request to cancel ignored repeatedly

My father has been in frail care for the last year already and no longer is in a position of a TV. I have called the sabc and they constant on the phone told me to send an affidavit that the above is true. After this submission they are still sending me email to tell me to pay and when i reply to the mails i get ignored. Thank you SABC again you are keeping up your bad name and reputation. Shame on you. I dont blame anyone who doesnt want to pay your license because of your ******* dishonest non service.
