Request of payment for service that I do not use

I Bought a 32\ LED TV about 2 to 3 years ago.<br> I Bought the TV so that I can connect it to my computer as I needed a bigger screen and unfortunately there was no screen or monitor that was the size that I wanted that didnt come with an RF receiver.<br> Anyone who knows stuff will tell you that the new flat TVs dont work properly using an aerial.<br> I tried setting it up many times but I couldnt watch anything as the picture and sound quality was just too bad and I gave up on it.<br> Now recently I have realized that the past couple of years that I have been paying for my license
