Removing debit order

<p>Good day im not sure what on earth is going on my tv license was always on debit order now u took it off a debit order and penalize me they sould have contacted me the first time the debit order came back and then told me whats happening I dont think its fair for me to be penalized for the system error and I did pay like 170 when I went to pick up my tv at highfi corp so why is it still 289 please send me a statement showing why I owe so much <br />So I think its fair to say they should have first contacted me and ask why or whats happening because now my name is getting bad because of this please let me know whats happening</p> ********** <p>Johannes du plessis<br /> ********** 295<br /><br /></p> <p>Kind regards</p>
