Refusal to remove **** TV licence

I have recently found out that there is a **** TV licence which was opened in my name by an inspector in 2007 and I currently owe R4700 on that account, I called the SABC to sought out the matter and a lady named Kgomotso informed me that I must do an affidavit to declare that I never owned a TV in 2007 since I was only 20 years old and have never owned a TV until this year.<br> <br> I did exactly that and I emailed the affidavit to the SABC, I phoned after 2 days and the same lady pickedup and asked why I did not state the owner of the TV since the inspector opened the licence at my grandma's home address and I used to live there so it means I know the TV owner.<br> <br> I informed Kgomotso that I dont know the Tv owner and I was not even staying at that adress in 2007 since I was a full time student at VUT, she in turn asked her supervisor and came back to tell me that they will not remove the licence because I must inform them who the TV owner is.<br> <br> I have asked everyone who lived at my grandma's house and no one remembers an inspector coming there and the TV which was inside has a licence already, someone NOT living at my grandma's house found and used my identity and that address to open this
