Refund Request since 17 July 2015

I was told by your debt attorneys to pay the amount of R 355.50 on an account which was incorrectly on my name acc *** (as we have only one tv and we have already paid for it) . <br> I have informed them of this but they were adamant that I would be handed over if the account wasn't settled immediately.<br> <br> I have asked your office to consolidate my husband's account *** with my account *** which they confirmed has been done. <br> <br> Can I kindly get a refund for this amount or a credit on account ***.<br> I have forwarded proof of payment about 5 times already
