Refund

Sabc tv has the most pathetic, unorganized service both by email and whether you call them. No-one emails you back and you hold on the phone for such lengthy time and still no one answers. I over paid my TV license and emailed them by sending proof of of my payments as well as my bank statement in order to get my refund back. How convenient for them not to respond cos I need my money back but if I owed them than they quick to send letter of demands and threats. I want my refund even if I must take them to small claims. A bunch of idiots working there that don't deserve their jobs.
