REFUND

I called Tv licences to request a refund after i mistakenly paid 319.00 on sunday to their account,the date i called was Monday 5 October, i spoke to the 1st lady who was extremely rude and dropped my call,the next person to answer was Lwandile whom when i spoke to was calm then rude not wanting me to speak to a supervisor,he then said he will put me through, i held on till the call disconnected,i faxed my proof of payment Monday and called today , was told the attachement is not there,i have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for a refund,if they can see i have paid , why must i wait six weeks and now i must send and call a miliion times so they can say if they received my email with POP or not.this mistake has thrown me out of budget,my licence is due end of November, i need them to refund my R319.00 to my bank account as per proof i sent to them
