Receiving spam SMS' from SABC TV LICENCE
<p>I would like to know why I am receiving spam sms' from the sabc tv license department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I never have and never will get a tv license. Is each member of the household supposed to get their own tv license now? </p> <p> </p> <p>Where did the sabc get my cell number from?</p>
