Receiving billings after account has been paid

Over the past month or two I've been receiving notifications that my SABC Licence account is in arrears. I wish to bring it to your attention that payment of my SABC Licence was made via an Absa Bank payment on the 20-01-2015 which was when I became aware that payment was due. <br> <br> Kindly take note that NO STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT WAS RECEIVED due to the Postal Strike and we made the full payment once we became aware of it. <br> <br> I have given this information to Emily Phodole when she phoned and then made threats that this account would be handed over to your lawyers. It was only when I mentioned this for the second, or was it third time, giving her the payment details, did she eventually write it down. Although what she then did with this info I really don't know. <br> <br> Should there for any unknown reason have been interest charged on this account then please claim it back from the Post Office who failed to deliver the account in the first place. To date we are still waiting to receive it. <br> <br> Kindly cancel whatever it is that you are unfairly, perhaps even *******ly, charging me and stop harrasing me with your threatening phone calls and sms messages. <br> <br> I've paid my account and owe you nothing.
