Received statement-call cut off

For more than 17 years I haven't got a TV - It was ****** with my video machine with a break-in into my townhouse in Johannesburg. Since then I haven't bought a TV for myself. I received a statement for arrears of the amount of R8414.30 as well as the account billing for the year 2016. I tried to call them, but the guy said the department is not available for the day, and he put the phone down into my ear without listening to me.<br> I received several messages re this account, but the people are never available when you want to explain the situation. They just carry on sending you threatening messages. I would like to clear my name but they don't listen to you. And the cherry on top is that they still use my ****en name and I am married for 16 years now. My husband is working outside the country borders, and we are not at home for several months. We use the TV provided by the company- They are paying it with Multi-Choice in the foreign country. We are in and out of South Africa. I want this TV License Department to PLEASE WAKE UP and STOP HARASSING ME! I will proceed with Legal Action if I receive another statement in my ****en Name. Thank you Be Warned!!!
