Previously cancelled TV licence

I have left South Africa in 2020 but each year I get a notice the I should pay SABC Tv licence and every year I have to write emails saying that I am no longer in South Africa and the property that the TV licence was registered too were sold. Just received a email from debt collector for unpaid TV licence. This is really frustrating and unacceptable service.
