Poor Service

I have been paying my tv licence ever since and I have been requesting that they post my tv licence card but with no luck. Recently I spoke to the guy named RICHMAN NDINDWA who updated my postal address but still today I have not received it. I have received an email to renew it, what am I going to renew since I don't have the tv licence card.Your service is very POOR. PLEASE POST THE CARD OR STOP SENDING ME EMAILS REGARDING THE TV LICENCE.
