Poor Service

Ive duplicated the payment of my daughters tv licence in july.... todate im still waiting ive been foning non stop only to find they gave a problem with my surnames being different. No emails received from them stating this so every time i call its a different issue. they need to get their ducks in a row. this is unacceptable. I would like to have a refund done immediately. And would like interest paid on the R265. As if im alate in paying the licence i get charged interest. The account number ***.. Thank you
