Poor SABC TV Licence

If I was able to give a minus *** I would do so. So, TV licences are due to be paid. So, I always pay in December, when I get bonus. So, they keep on houding me like an animal. Constant e-mails and sms's...... Day after day after day after day. I am waiting for the day that they refer my oustanding payment to a higher authority...... And the joke of the situation is................I only watched the RWC. Other than that I cannot stand 7de Laan etc anymore. So I have a device that can stream SABC.............yet it seems that I have neglected to pay the past 6 million years. Why can't they use the money that they are hounding me with to sort out the peopl the skim of the top. Just wondering.
