POOR POOR SERVICE
My grandfather past away 22 November 1996, after how many emails and how many phone calls, my grandmother still gets phone calls and threatening letters.<br> what dont you understand?? she have been living with me, she bought a tv and her licence and pays like she is suppose to, but yet you claim debt from my late grandfather and we have submitted the death certificate..<br> what dont you UNDERSTAND??? she is old she receives her sassa money, she pays her tv licence in her name.... please get this sorted ASAP
