Poor communication with clients

I have not received any form of communication from Sabc tv licence to remind me of an amount payable.i recently received an sms to say im handed over for NON payment to VVM. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable .You guys would take the law into your own hands.and this is playing with peoples lives.This affects my credit record for lack of your communication with US clients.TV LICENCE ACC NO:***.
