Please stop harassing Tv licence number ***, I am not in SA and I am not using any of your services.

I have send queries regarding licence number *** where I bought a licence in order for me to buy a brand new TV to send to Zimbabwe between 2015 amd 2016.I gave this information to SABC and noone responded.I permanently left South Africa in 2022 and each year i get a threatening letter demanding some payments.Today 13 December 2025 I received an accumulative amount of R4089.50.SABC please advice why I should be paying that money when I am no longer in possession of that tv and I am no longer living in South Africa since 2022.May you please stop harassing me.Please stop harassing Tv licence number ***, I am not in SA and I am not using any of your services.
