Pension TV lICENCE Concession not resolved.

During the second half of 2019 i made many phone calls to sabc licence division to query how to apply for a Pensioners concession. I am now a Pensioner collecting a SASSA grant. As requested i sent the required documents on the 25 October 2019 to the relevant email id given to me. I had no returned mail. After that date i followed up telephonically, and was told that my request was not reviewed.the issue was escalated with no results. This year (2020) i made numerous calls to the same department to hear that my case was not yest reviewed. Many times me issue was escalated with no solution. My tv licence balance is R 265.00 instead of R 74.00 for a pensioner. If there is anyone senior then i wanted to escalate it my self. I was told that there is no senior that i could speak to. My problem is still not solved. How do i sort this out.
