penalties charged for internal admin error
i have had no response to a telephonic query i made regarding a misallocation of a payment in 2012. yes this has been going on since 2012! i have now made several calls and sent several e-mails and received no response apart from one automated reply saying i will get a detailed response...this was received a month ago!
