Payments been made yet im still getting warnings

Ive done payment for my Tv licenses on the 11 of April 2016 via there paypal service, and the transaction is reflecting in my account, yet I'm still receiving messages to say that payment hasnt been met.<br> <br> Ive now sent numerous emails and called them twice, and every time the answer i receive is, \check back in 2 days time\". This is truly unacceptable considering i have followered all the required steps in order to pay this before there was any penalty. <br> <br> I really dont know what more i can do to just fix this issue, as every door i try to go to for a solution is met with the same stupid answer.<br> <br> Thanks in advance,<br> Hamsih Ramdhin"
