payment of TV licence

I have paid my TV licence via the SABC TV Licence website on their on line payment option with my credit card. For the past few months I have been harassed with phone calls continuously stating that I have not paid my licence. I sent through copy of my Credit card statement confirming payment went through but SABC refuses to accept that as proof of payment. I have contacted SABC numerous times and sent emails but to no avail. SABC demands that I go to my bank and get payment profile. I have contacted my bank and also some of the other major banks to find out what a payment profile is and NOBODY knows! Absa 's 3D Secure department who handles credit card payments said that the statement of credit card enough proof is that payment went through. They even gave me the authorization code that authorized the payment into SABC bank account: code 004825. I have sent this through to SABC TV licence dept.but they refuse to follow this up. How is it possible to do a payment through SABC TV Licence website through their own on line payment system and SABC cannot find the payment? My credit card statement confirms and the bank confirms the payment went through successfully. Please follow up
