Payment not processed

I paid tv licence on the 29th of july via eft and to date the payment has not reflected, as their call centre agents keep calling us. we get calls and smses every week and they have even added interest. I sent the proof of payment to both the sabc and their collectors but they have not even acknowledged that they have received it. please help!!!
