Payment for TV license made but not reflecting

On the 7th of March 2016 i made a payment of R265 for my TV license ***. The payment was made on the sabc tv license website where you click paynow and enter banking details. I have contacted the sabc several times and even sent my bank statement. My bank has confirmed that the payment went through to the sabc. The last response i received from ZUKISANI TSHOLOBA (Audience Services Division) was that my payment does not reflect. I would like to find out if the accounts division was contacted or i should log a dispute with my bank so that they can investigate and get my money bank from your account.<br> <br> Regards<br> T.Ramulifho
