Payment after you passed away

I could not believe what I just heard. My mom (a Sassa Pensioner) got a SMS stating she must pay her Tv Licence. She immidiately phoned them. This is where it got interesting.

My mom according to them owes R795. Being polite she agrees to pay them off R150 till it is settled. Next thing Rachel (the agent) is getting so rude and starts shouting at my mom cuz my mom asked about the pensioners rate. She tells us my mother can start paying R70 monthly after my mother passed away. WOW!!!!!!!

I took the phone from my mom demanding I want a copy of the call recording. You will never guess what the reply was. She tells me to settle the account then we can get a copy. I am still shocked.
