Paying Customer Thrown To The Wolves

<p>I paid my outstanding SABC TV license a bit later than usual due to financial problems. Even though the amount was R47 more than the average license fee, I paid it in full. A few weeks later I get a "handover" email from Nudebt to say that I still owe the amount of R318. I feel violated as a paying customer. Having a TV in South Africa is a real burden and not a joyful experience!</p>
