Pathetic service delivery

I paid, you send me a thank you text also stating that I owe the amount I paid already, actually its even more. I have texts to prove how much you said I owe..What is going on there???? There is no way that I will pay more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
