Pathetic Service

I am furious that I am being harassed to pay for TV Licence which should be up to date. I paid on time using one of the options provided, I sent proof of payment, called them but I am still getting calls and smses. SABC call centre says they can’t link my payment even after proof of payment. Now what must happen???? Your incompetence and negligence is costing me my peace and messing with my Mental Health. Fix this and notify your debt collectors that my account was paid for on time.
