pathetic service

<p>I am a partner in a business with the name Wilhoff Convenient Centre CC and we are trading under the name Wilhoff Liqour store. We have a tv in the store and do have a tv licence that is paid in full. Somewhere at the tv licence department a mistake slipped in and we ended up with two tv licences for the same tv set. The one we pay for tv licence nr ********** 32 for Wilhoff Liqour store, then there is one for tv licences nr ********** 32 for Wilhoff convenient centre. On 11/6/2013 we faxed a avidavit in connection with this problem to Busi at the Sabc and receipt was confirmed. They promised to rectify the problem as there is no law expecting anyone to pay two tv licences for the same tv set. But the last two months a very rude man with the name Boetie from MBD Credit solutions keep on phoning in connection with the outstanding amount. Whenever you try to phone MBD credit solutions back to resolve the problem they just disconnect you the moment you get answer on there side. The fact is that SABC should have cancelled the tv licence with nr ********** 77 in 2013 but no one there is doing there jobs. You can phone anyone speak to anyone and ask nicely they just say it will be fixed and then they leave it there. At this stage I do not have anymore solutions to get someone there to just go in to there computers and see that they have a duplicate licence for one place and just to cancel the faulty one. They is welcome to send an inspector to the address for both licences and to come and see that there is only one business with one tv on this premisses. They waste time and money to try and collect something that is not owed to them.</p>
