Pathetic service

Earlier this year my mum found out that her TV licence had been cancelled, We were then contacted by THE SABC and someone was busy investigating the matter, till today no one has called back to advise. Then yesterday she gets a call she has been handed over to MBD attorneys for a mistake made by THE SABC and their *********** staff- I need this matter sorted A.S.A.P or I will report this to the newspapers
